I am planning to start a Kozhikodan Halwa brand with beautiful box packaging and sell it online , I didn't sell anything online before so I am a bit nervous. Please help me out with your valuable suggestions like - where to sell at the beginning , who should be my target consumer , shelf life is just 60 days so I need to plan everything before quantities of production etc . also give me some more add-on tips on packaging, brand name and marketing strategy.
