Should one who is sharing his idea (doesn't matter it can work or not ) should do a NDA (non disclosure agreement) which can prevent their idea from being copied !

What are the important steps involved in building an app based startup ? Other than building an app 😅. Like what are the basic skills which a person should learn before executing their ideas. Like marketing strategies, team building etc.

When i click on the showcase, I get few random ideas on top, but when I refresh that page I still get those same ideas, you should fix it so that whenever the page I get to see new ideas
