When startup go for funding they get their funds from investors for some equity so if the enterpreneur gives his equity to the investor so in next funding round do investor has to dilute their equity too? or just the enterpreneur?

How much funding should you expect for giving away 10% of your company for pre-seed or seed funding? On what factors should it depend. What framework should be used to decide it as a founder.

Why are big names in VC quitting and starting on their own? I think it can be a good sign as more funds and more funding will be available. But you never know.
