Resume Screening: Candidates are often filtered based on past achievements, experience, or the name of the institution they attended. This approach can overlook potential talents who may not have a prestigious background but possess the necessary skills and aptitude. 2. Assessment Tests: These tests are usually very generic and often fail to include questions that are truly relevant to the specific job role. As a result, they do not accurately measure a candidate’s suitability for the position. 3. Interviews: While interviews are the most effective part of the process for evaluating a candidate's worth, they also have limitations.
