Definitely feels heavy to hear of such great loss. Special people like him or Dr. Kalam leave behind a legacy in the heart of millions. He was an embodiment of the fact that business doesn't always need to tamper with philanthropic or patriotic ideologies. Customer first policy has the power to win them over ultimately.
