I think he had gone wrong in replicating elon musk western model of selling without dealership directly to customers which is not favourable in our country like India, also if there are no dealers no service stations so no one is held responsible but the company so all the wrongs of founder is blamed on its employees by frustrated customers to employees so they better leave and join somewhere else. what do you all say on my views
