Is it must to get two friends to submit their ideas?? And I wanna know what will selection criteria for top 3 ideas, is there any or just VC's personal favourites because it can be biased if there isn't a criteria to select based on And hope best

Hey we want to encourage more people to submit their ideas and brainstorm and start working on them hence the clause. VCs judge purely based on potential of scale.
