90% POD company use in house printing system and machine that help scale and reduce printing cost , also help to manage and maintain quality of the product . but in your case your partnership with local or State level pod company they also charge some margin from you also you compromise with quality. conclusion is there not much difference in shipping cost Rs39 or Rs90 . only Rs50 you saving the customer but you compromise with quality and onboard partner your also they charge Rs50

so basically we will make sure the quality is best of the best and there's very less quality difference and if u are getting the best quality product delivered in less time with half of the delivery cost u use to give. then logically it makes sense to use it. and yeah we have to think of commission very strategically thanks for making that point out
