Yes, war has an impact. Crude oil already gained.Iran is the third largest oil producer in the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and has the world's third largest proven oil reserves. but in addition to this there's a cut down mortgage rate which is giving hope for Chinese market recovery. But that's not enough it's a temporary sentiment, The Indian market is still lucrative.
