Yeah for trust driver it can be solved with gps tracker. 2nd problem is uncertain you never know 3rd problem is understandable but battery last will preety long 5yrs atleast i believe

it doesn't matter how much the driver earns, he have to give fixed amount everyday be 300-400. i don't much Ev but i guess the battery is expensive

Okay let's calculate 500rs daily - that's 15k monthly | 1 Ev cost - 1.7lacs . you'll have to spend 1 year of profit on it just to cover the cost of EV , then after 1yrs you'll get profit - and even consider the maintenance etc too in these 1 year

The maintenance will be covered by the driver. You don't have to do much. It is an automated business when you have good amount of money laying around. And the driver can easily make profit of 1500rs per day.
