I can help you with that. All we need is a small network which would fund small amounts and start a company like books binding example. Now the work assigned is different compared to regular jobs. people who ought to work here should follow target policy. Now if we train the team on this type of policy the work would be slowly moving without much effort. as we progress these people can be used to train more people and run the work. Remember the policy of the work should not be time based but work based. And it will manage by one person who will be responsible for training them and picking people who can train them more. Here we have built a small factory where anyone can invest and learn to work.
