Our vision is to convert the existing fleet of buses into electric vehicles through retrofitting, which is significantly more cost-effective than purchasing entirely new electric buses. By implementing a battery swapping system, we believe we can reduce operational costs drastically compared to buses permanently fitted with large batteries. This approach offers a flexible and scalable solution that can accelerate the electrification of public transport in India while keeping costs under control.
