Google Drive or Anyother free cloud storage full??

I'm not facing this issue. Mine is still 95%+ empty.
Also another thing is that i hardly ever use drive with the purpose of storing files on cloud. My google storage is basically filled with mails and all that for which i can't use any other service.
Can anyone let me know best cloud storage options for startups to upload files and media of users??
