For example, people used to buy groceries from offline stores, but Blinkit and similar companies introduced the concept of online grocery shopping a few years ago. They created demand by attracting busy city people who valued the convenience of time-saving and being able to order groceries anytime. The best businesses or startups are those that create demand for their services or products.
