I think noise control in drones is an important research area to focus on, and I think Phase control technology which uses active noise canceling to reduce noise might be a good idea for Indian drone companies to focus on and to develop noise control
No Sajin it can not be used in mosquito because in this we arrange propeller at such angle of Quadcopter so that they cause destructive interference. Moreover mosquito are not manmade.
