How will labor management help rural farmers? I don't think they get monthly wages or anything. Things get harvested once and money comes in and all of it is dependant on the work force, if they are sloppy the entire prod cycle will suffer so such high stakrs thing, I don't think people will cheat on their livelihood. Rest is all kaafi useful i think.
