Bhavya ma'am check the chart as I want to register my startup (untoldd) as a subsidiary under my Parent Company (pvt Ltd to be). So my question, is it ok if I run my startup under my Parent Company also my startup has multiple brands & how can we manage them and can we be able to manage shares both in my startups and brands under it??

Vishal, here you should go step by step. Like, Registering your parent company first following by the subsidiaries registration and brand creation under these subsidiaries.
