You have to reach out to a professional who deals in trademark registration. Then, we have a certain list of information which we need inorder to draft and file an application with the Trademark Registrar. In that application you can tell which Brand name or logo you want to register. Once application is filed your job ia done then Registrar will take time generally it is 6-8 months and you get the Trademark Registration Certificate.
