I've just completed making pitch deck and other important materials for raising funds for my idea but i have some questions 1). Can i raise funds without a team? 2). Is it possible to add co-founder after some years of incorporation? 3). Will VCs give me funds if I say that after raising I'll hire a team? 4). Do VCs actually provide pre-seed funds only on idea basis? 5). What do you think am i able to raise funds? cuz I don't belong to any IIT, IMS background I'm a clg dropout but I've ran 2 different businesses, first production based and second service based.

Some folks do raise funds on idea level but they have done this successfully before and that shows their ability to execute and what matters most is founder market fit, whether you have proof of being able to do what you are trying to do. This matters to investors.

1. Yes if the idea and market and founder experience is relevant. 2. Co founder is important but can be adjusted. y combinator always recommends to have a cofounder 3. Yes a major raise in funds is for hiring teams only. 4. VC's don't invest in ideas. you have to approach accelerators and angel investors for the same. 5. You're anonymous and can't judge you. sorry

VCs love seeing a solid team because they don’t just invest in ideas; they invest in execution. A one-man army is hard to bet on, but it’s not impossible if your idea and experience are convincing enough
