Yeah, but bro, I'm very introverted. Now that I'm in my second year, there are many classmates I never talked to in my first year, and even now, I still don't speak to them. Hi, I can relate to you as I am a very big introvert myself. I recently joined a startup straight after completing my graduation where there is a need for regular callings and converting leads and I am always stressed as my work always crosses my social meter and I am finding it difficult to manage my job. The people are nice but I am unable to fulfill the responsibilities because of this personality trait. So try to socialize more and interact with people, try and understand their work, try to voice record more and more and then implement while taking formal calls and meetings. If you are specifically looking for a business development, sales and Sponsorship role in future, you would require good communication skills. So it's better you start practicing it asap as you are still in college, you can get better and find a suitable role for you.
