Answer is From something which must be outside the this 3 dimesions. Because 3 dimensions cant be created by their own . there must be someone or something in the 4th dimension who activated the 3 dimensions to ve true. just like we are in 3 dimensions (length,breadth ,height) and if we create something on a two dimension plane - for a 2 dimension living entity , it will almost like automatically came into existence - because that 2 dimensional living entity (suppose a living drawing of character on piece of paper) donot have senses two see 3rd dimension. similarly , we donot have at present senses to percieve 4th dimension
