imagine we have 100 teachers. And we have 1000 students. Students take appointment for studying. If a teacher teaches 10 students a day. and 300 students a month. we can give teachers a decent salary. because we charge according to the complexity of the portion students studying. Suppose we charge 500rs for teaching a portion. we give 450rs to teachers. They can split it. we charge only 50rs. 450 rs × 300 = around 1,30,000rs. half of it = 65000rs per month. this is just a rough figure
