how and car companies allow you ?

I have an idea, but I am not sure how to approach a car company with it.

everyone has idea bro and you need to do something innovative also that's so obvious that car companies can do this without you .

yeah but at initial stages they have a person who has potential to influence other people's with their idea but you don't have anything innovative that influence people's like me
