Lessons from Running My Website I wanted to gain real-world experience during college before diving into the startup world, so I built this website to learn about marketing, manage live projects, and reinvest the profits into my future ventures. While it didn’t take off as I had initially hoped, I've identified some key insights from the journey: "The Name Matters": Always avoid names or logos that resemble government organizations or entities, as they can create confusion. "Be Bold": Have the courage to adapt, change, and explore new approaches when things don’t go as planned. "Perspective is Key": Sometimes, solutions come when you view challenges from a different angle. "Patience": While we haven't received the response we hoped for yet, I still have the drive and determination to push forward and turn this into a success. We named it Bharat Startup Sankaln.we’ve decided to rebrand it with a fresh new name and make a new start.

it was a great lesson. nice to see real life experience. i have some advises for you, first of all you need a lot of work on your website, make it user friendly and fast. secondly you are giving space online on your page only, which is not a good approach. people will get more views on other social media than your site, why they will come to you. so what you can do is contact to local billboard advertising agencies, make a portal for people to come and select City where to advertise, then charge money for fulfilling that need. here basically you are connecting billboard advertising agencies with there customers, so you can be a middle person with both side commision. this idea will boom 💥. try to implement this, if you need any help, my inbox is always open.
