Yes - Company ka ek current bank account hoga . And about valuation - woh toh decide nahi kar sakte (it's about sector , marker size and revenue ka multiple bohot kuch hota hai ) but share ka ek face value registration ke time you have to decide, according to the amount you'll be deposited in the bank first time registration karwa rahe ho kya ap ?? just curious harshita
