Issues with these Pandals: - They are located in a small clustered space, these Pandals need to be moved out to bigger allocations and setups. - Better crowd management setups with multiple entry and exit points - Time slots specifically for the VVIPS especially shift them to late nights or early mornings so the normal crowd isn't disturbed. - Tokenisation and slot-based entries. - Better management of the paid slots and offering more slots with quick entries and exits. - Staff/Volunteer training to ensure that they don't harass the crowd and should be taught that they aren't above the law and need to respect everyone, not just the VVIPs.
