Had around 9.9K in my HDFC account yesterday and every hour some 700 rupees or so kept deducting because the min account balance required is 10K and in just one day I am broke now. I could've managed to survive the month somehow with the 9.9K I had left but now I have 0 because HDFC didn't like that my account balance dipped from 10K. This is my personal boy problem.

Ask someone from legal background can you file a case. The penalty should be monthly not hourly 😕 Maybe a tech glitch? Ask customer support. This is harsh on a customer!
