might work well , but do thorough research here's my pov- people in middle class family won't pay extra for a room like this and the one does is for the tutions after school and the actual above middle class or rich guys would just have another room in their house so its not necessary for them btw have you upvoted for granty - it helps students to apply for scholarships without daunting task of repetitive form filling and helps in further scholarship application process https://medial.app/idea/granty-54a197c404dd2 do leave an upvote 📨
