I’ve had three startups that didn’t succeed due to issues with team members, funding, and trusting the wrong people. However, I’ve learned a lot from those experiences, especially about concepts like MVP (Minimum Viable Product), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and other essential aspects of building a business.
