first thing is to know who is your actual customer..then you have to understand max possibilities to reach your customer by anyways through advertising, demos, trails.. physically digitally...2nd one is to know your possible customer i.e by delivering the potential of your product.. to reach customer either you have to know your product or know your customer completely..
