Today’s post isn’t your typical business post, but it’s something you can apply both in business and in life. So here’s the thing: I’ve met a lot of incredible people —people with a mindset that’s even better than mine. And you know what? Every time I sit with them, I feel like I’m having some of the best conversations of my life. But how did I meet them? It wasn’t through family connections or anything like that. I didn’t grow up with these people. The truth is, I just asked. And here’s where most of us get stuck—we’re scared to ask. We think they’ll say no. But let me tell you something from experience: when I’ve reached out to people who are more knowledgeable or more experienced than me, they’ve never told me no. Instead, they’ve said, “Come, adapt, learn, and grow.” Imagine if we all had that mindset! Imagine if every time someone introduced you to someone amazing, they said, “Oh, you met him? Now go meet this guy—he’s great!” It’s like the snowball effect. You walk into a room knowing 3 out of 5 people, and by the end of the night, you know all 5. That’s the power of just showing up and putting yourself out there. And I get it. Some of you might say, “But I’m an introvert.” You know what? Same here. When I first started, I couldn’t even talk to my clients on the phone—I’d just type out messages because I was too shy. But over time, with experience, you learn to listen, to speak, and to take action. Here’s something I’ve learned: an entrepreneur is never going to tell you not to start a business. Why? Because they know what it’s like. They know the struggle, the grind, and the life lessons that come with building something from the ground up. So don’t let fear stop you from reaching out to people who are ahead of you. Let me ask you: is your goal to become a billionaire? If it is, great—keep that fire burning because you’ll get there. But even if you don’t hit that billionaire mark, guess what? You’ll still have a life you love. And what’s more important at the end of the day? Chasing money, or building a life of freedom? Financial freedom, location freedom, freedom to do whatever you want, whenever you want—that’s the real dream. So here’s my challenge for you today: Go to someone you admire. Not someone out of reach like Elon Musk—just someone you genuinely want to talk to. Craft a simple, genuine message. Don’t overthink it. And trust me, you’ll get a reply. I’ve done this countless times, and it works. And if not give it a shot ones again, Again, Again Until you have a perfect reply. And don't irritate them. And once you start surrounding yourself with the right people, guess what? Your problems— start to look a whole lot smaller. Why? Because these people will stand by you. They’ll have your back. So stop waiting and take action. Your future self will thank you. You will and you can! ~ Kadam
