All those who are not able to crack government exams go and teach in private schools. Else they teach in government schools. Syllabus is also shite

But if we have better passionate teacher infrastructure does not play that big of a role. my school had smart classes etc but you can have ferrari and still ride like an alto.

I think there is also lack of infrastructure, improper manged classrooms and digital tools like smart board, cameras, etc. are beyond there thinking.
