Your app's concept is good, but without inbuilt filters, many Indian users may hesitate to show their real faces, as makeup and high-quality phones aren't common here. To scale successfully, you should add some basic filters to enhance appearance, considering factors like pollution and dull skin. This would help users feel more confident and increase adoption in the Indian market.
