How can we use AI to increase the efficiency of Medial app in general? Developer founders reply right answers only !

@Medial ,I can't change my profile picture on medial ,Whenever I edit it and click on the tick mark on top right corner it refreshes but changes aren't saved.Is there any rule that we can only change our profile picture once in medial?
