I am working with a small startup(25 employees) for almost 6 months now, there is no single doc about the system design, 0 ER diagrams, no such thing as documentation
The db here has millions of docs in some collections. It's hard for me to
Yup, they are too much dependent on 4-6 people, if they even take a leave we face difficulties if any major issue is to be resolved
