that was my point because small companies or may be sometimes those which are like youtube channel and not even registred company does this and later candidate get nothing

I think working with a startup and doing a work as an intern there is thousand time better than doing any course on a random website. You could do unpaid internships just for experience. ITS MUCH BETTER and yeah ask them for certificate. Benifits-
