Only for experience you work for free even when all thsese big tech were statted their founders were fresher and this we made experience term big even doctors get paid when they do internship then why not in tech field

For tech company their staff also spending time to train intern So it is high spending then candidates values Because without knowledge or experience any fresher have no value This is hard to hear or accept but very practical and true
