So what is the cleaning element? Ph hota hai acids ka kyuki they cut and deconstruct the dirt or whatever needs to be cleaned right? Isme cleaning agent kya hai?

Unit economics mein you will never win against domex or harpic. Whatever alternative you use to heavy Ph wale harmul chemical wale will never be cheaper than them to source and so your prodcut will always be more pricey for consumers because it will be pricey for you to create and it won't clean as finely and perfectly as the heavy chemical ones with acidic Ph.
