Hey harsh salary toh possible nhi Lekin 60-70% profit team me equally de sakte ho plus kavi kavi koi koi giveaway kar sakte ho for example me apne team members ke liye kavi movie ticket book kar deta hoon kavi koi mic , light etc..... jo chahiye rehta hain esse peisa kam kharcha hoga and sabko motivation milega kaam karne ka plus Start me hi equity mat de dena
