This is not a startup news, but relevant to the youth of today and Medial is full of progressive folks. The response to the rape case in West Bengal is a recently announced bill which provisions death penalty. Par ye thora senseless hai. Problem is not the extent of punishment but it is the assurance and speed of punishment. So be it death penalty or life imprisonment, taking months to deliver justice is the main culprit! Right? FYI: This is not political. Every state has this problem.
