What is paid up capital? What is authorised capital? What is difference between them? If I keep paidup capital as low as 1000rs will it create any issue?I checked authorised capital is how much money I can take from investors and we don’t need to provide unnecessary because govt fees will be increased then should I keep authorised capital minimum also?if I keep then when I will need to raise money then how it would be adjusted This legal part is big headache and what I never understand
