Lest closely observe your idea - “ A well structured study syllabus with free study material of the best also necessary motivation to study on my plateform ” Can you tell me how much study motivation available on YouTube and what about free study material available on telegram , yt etc ? You want to change structure but following same model like PW , Byjus , unacademy etc even you're providing plateform and thinking that people will automatically enroll in my app by seeing everything free or what about the main core usp ? Everyone has same model that you have even lots of apps already available and promising same thing. According to me This idea and execution both are Worst because you're targeting goverment exams and other exams preparation. Where is skills for getting right job ? That's not the solution . So I just want to suggest few things Firstly you need to create a skill based coching center all over the india and set SOP according to all job opportunities then
