iPhone maker Apple and NVIDIA are reportedly in talks to invest in ChatGPT maker OpenAI in a funding round that could value the AI giant above $100 billion (or approximately Rs 8.38 lakh crore), WSJ reported. The round will be led by Thrive Capital, which plans to invest around $1 billion. The report said that existing investor Microsoft could also join the funding round. Earlier this year, Apple partnered with OpenAI to integrate ChatGPT into Apple devices, including iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
