l have noticed that posts on the medial application get likes and comments, but the audience doesn't seem very active. For example, some posts only receive around 10 comments or 5 followers, even though top users have follow counts of around 8,000. W

What are the marketing strategies of medial other than startup showcase? As I don't have seen any paid ads or promotions of it in the market but still it has so many active users with 50k+ user base.

I think Medial will become just another social media platform, if it keeps on allowing all kind of posts to gain traction. If it was created for startups .. then its creators should stick to the same genre only.
