With these GST prices I am sure Zomato can't get orders from Tier 3 and some part of Tier 2 cities in India

Whereas Amazon tries to be the most customer friendly platform, swiggy and Zomato does exactly opposite of that. They both are worst startup ever for ecosystem. Workers abuse, rise in restaurant commission ultimately increased prices for customer are just tip of the ice berg. On top of that they got balls to host festival in name of of feed India charity initiative. I wish they never really existed and things get back to old way of restaurant directly delivering food. People need to wake up

We can't say it that they are the worst startup, but they also need profits while selling services to both restaurant/cafes, etc and customers. While they are planning for great innovation so that you should get your food as soon as possible.
