Bro vesting and all ke chakkar mein scam kardega dev ke saath and then next day when dev doesn't log in, the code won't work because of hidden auth code in your app/website's code. Faltu headache kyu lena, kaam karwana hai toh two way bridge of trust and faith hona chahiye. Aap mujhe pay karo, equity mat do and mein aapko quality work karke dunge, agar chal gaya toh i will be happy i could contribute but ye free stuff mat karo sir.

Bhai, asie attitude se company chalayega toh kaha hi jayega? How much equity are you planning btw? judging from the imp of tech in everything these days if you're not paying cash then the equity should be significant but then if it works out then you won't like paying the equity out.
