Never launching because it's not good enough. Launching too soon and product is not good enough. Telling your parents/significant others about your idea and thinking they really mean it when they say it's good. Meeting some random person in a cafe and talking to them about your idea thinking they might fund it. Waiting for funding till you even begin working on your idea.
