I am currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in AI and Data science, I am planning for higher studies Is there any university in Germany or in Europe that's good for AI And for Post graduate, what will the best choice to puruse in field of AI?

There will be loads of courses, just a google search away, real question is, where are more opportunities, that’s U.S. and India

But after I enquired some seniors, they told Europe was the best option in terms for higher studies and job. I was specially told to try aboard cuz the recognition is less in India
