Thats neccesary for any investment i would make.. and one more thing I have seen your app.. one of the biggest blunder you are doing is.. forcing people to signup.. before even having a taste of your product.

Will complete due diligence required. Since, app targeted for a very specific group of people, we kept the signup part mandatory but the actually functionality is free (first 10 notes free). Also, notes cannot be made without signup details. But we will think about workaround & implement it.
