That's ridiculous and i don't know why if many countries government imposing cases on Pavel Durov for making free speech plateform then why not elon musk he did lot's of animal cruelty and what about twitter , instgram , for nude and political misleading things .

Because none of them allow piracy and also they have way better control on nudity you can find thousands of pages on Instagram who instead of posting directly on insta ask people to join their telegram groups because insta does not allow their content ofcourse they are not perfect but telegram is on another level and misleading info is somewhat result of free speech so no points to defend it
